We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a store credit will be issued to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) & The upcoming holiday season our US and International couriers are experiencing continued delays which may extend your anticipated delivery date. During this time, we ask that you allow an additional delivery time of 4-6 business days and to expect delayed or irregular updates to your tracking information. For urgent inquiries, we ask that you contact the courier. You can view the courier that your order is with through your Order History. Orders are processed and out the door within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from New York. Prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States.
